Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened lashes, adhesives and other single-use products cannot be returned. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
