Authorized Use: All products sold on this platform are for Professional Use Only. By purchasing, you certify that you are a trained professional or a student under certified supervision.
Knowledge Authorization: Your purchase constitutes a digital signature that you possess the technical training required to use these products. We are not responsible for misuse, poor technique, or results.
Regulatory Compliance: It is the artist's sole responsibility to maintain a valid state license and operate within a licensed establishment.
2. Safety & Liability Waiver
Allergic Reactions: Chemical lash products may cause reactions. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities experienced by the artist or the client. We recommend a patch test for all new clients.
Client Disputes: We are not responsible for any disputes between an artist and their clients.
3. No-Refund & Sealed-Exchange Policy
All Sales Final: Due to strict hygiene standards, we do not offer cash refunds.
Sealed Exchanges Only: We only accept exchanges for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Once a seal is broken, the item is ineligible for exchange.
Exchange Window: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
4. Shipping, Errors & Returns
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return an item for an exchange.
Our Mistake: If we send an incorrect or missing item, we will reship it at our expense immediately.
Temperature Sensitivity: Our adhesives are Frequently Cycled Batches for peak potency. Please retrieve your package immediately upon delivery to avoid heat or cold damage.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
In-Transit Loss: If tracking stops for over 7 business days, we will open a carrier investigation and reship if confirmed lost.
Delivered but Missing: We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. Please ship to a secure location.
Incorrect Address: The artist is responsible for re-shipping fees if an incorrect address was provided.
6. Education & Training
Supplemental training is for Skill Advancement only and does not replace a state-issued professional license.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Data Integrity: We use purchase history to manage your Rewards Program points and marketing. We never sell your personal data.
Third-Party Tools: We use Shopify and Meta to improve our shop experience.
